Join Home Ed and the Junior Class

If you have not already done so, please Join Home Ed and Sign Up for the Junior Class. In order to take part in the Junior Class activities throughout the year, you and your student need to be a member. JOIN HERE Don’t forget after you fill out the Family Membership Form to also click the button to sign up your student for the Junior Class.

Class Facebook Group - Home Ed Class of 2026 (Junior)

This group is open to any current Junior Parents and Students. Ask your questions there, connect with other class members, plan and share a class event/activity, it’s a great place to stay connected and informed.

Student Leadership Team

We invite Junior students to join the Junior Student Leadership team. We want students to play a part in planning all the fun activities for the Junior Class. For example… help plan Prom, plan a Fall Bonfire or Christmas party, host a meet up at Top Golf or Main Event, hold an ice cream social or game night, the possibilities are endless.

Class Officers - At the beginning of the school year (sometime in September) we will hold a meeting for all students on the Junior Student Leadership Team, we will determine a class President (lead meetings and delegate tasks), Vice President (assist President), and Secretary (keep meeting notes and keep track of action items). The class officers will work together to lead the Student Leadership Team.

Junior Class Sponsors - Courtney Chapman

The Class Sponsors are in charge of meeting regularly with the Student Leadership Team, helping them plan and carry out all the class activities for the year. Note: this position does not include planning Prom, we have a committee already formed that is actively planning Prom. We would like to see the Class Sponsors work with the Student Leaders to plan at least 4-6 events/activities throughout this year.

Prom Coordinator - Eden Simmons & Courtney Chapman

The Prom Coordinator leads the Parent/Student Prom Committee. They are responsible for planning Prom for our Junior and Senior students. We provide a planning timeline and checklist to make leading this committee as easy as possible.

Note: we will be looking for a Graduation Coordinator in the Spring, to start planning for the Graduation Ceremony for the Class of 2026. Planning Graduation takes organization and leadership skills, so we will be looking for a highly organized person that can head up that project. Don’t worry, we form a Graduation Committee of other Parents and Students to help, and we have a very detailed planning timeline and checklist that will walk you through the whole process.
